Auto Body Technicians or Combo Technicians
Immediate openings for hard-working, detail-oriented Auto Body Technicians or Combo Technicians. This body shop tech restores and rebuilds hotrods and muscle cars to their original integrity and function or better, repairing & replacing automotive bodies, panels, parts and mechanical units on all automobiles in for repairs in an effort to restore collision damaged vehicles efficiently, timely and to Studio Hotrods standards of quality. This is a team-based, fast-paced position requiring great attention to detail to ensure a quality refinish that wows every customer. We are looking for candidates that are looking to make this a career.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Review Repair Order for scope of work, and make changes for additional work needed and/or work not completed
Remove damaged automotive sections/parts of vehicles & install replacement parts
Hammer out or fill dents, dimples and other minor body damage
Fit, attach, weld & finish replacement automotive parts •
File, grind, sand & smooth filled or repaired surfaces •
Prepare areas outside repair areas to avoid damaging surrounding surfaces during repair
Maintain clean and safe work area
Ensure safe movement of vehicles in, out and through the body shop
Assist and back up Painter in prepping, buffing, painting, etc.
Perform any other duties as requested and needed by craftsmen and management for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective repair
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
2+ years experience in auto body collision repair
Must have own tools
Valid driver license in good standing
Dependable & punctual with good attendance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
Self-motivated with good work ethic
Team-oriented
Good communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn

Master Mechanic
This position requires your experience and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems. All while using your leadership and mentoring skills to drive a team to increase customer care and satisfaction.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within reasonable time frame and with a quality of work that exceeds customer expectations.
Perform advanced removal, replacement and diagnostic work accurately to daily work orders as received from any manager including: throttle body injection, electrical problems, mechanical problems, drivability problems, fuel injection, auto transmissions and four wheel drive internal components.
Train members of the department thoroughly.
Knows, understand and performs all duties of all technician roles.
Observes and follows all necessary safety regulations when operating machinery.
Perform work of other members of the department if business says necessary.
Perform any other duties either necessary for customer service or assigned to the job.
