OVERVIEW
This program allows you to bring us your existing 1968–1972 Chevelle chassis, which we will then modify to the same specifications used in our Remanufactured Chevelle builds.
The standard chassis package is $6,750, with any additional services priced separately.
WHY MODIFY YOUR CURRENT CHASSIS?
Instead of buying a new aftermarket chassis, your existing chassis can be upgraded to handle just as well, while maintaining the original mounting points and the original character of your Chevelle. This chassis is the ultimate foundation to build on for optimal ride quality, handling, and overall stiffness.
Another major advantage is parts compatibility: the modified factory chassis still works with the huge ecosystem of aftermarket components already available for Chevelles. If you already have suspension, brakes, or steering upgrades, they’ll bolt right on — no need to replace everything with proprietary components like many aftermarket chassis require. With this platform, you keep all your existing options and you gain performance, not limitations.
STANDARD PROCESS

Partial media blasting to expose all structural areas being worked.

Strengthening the chassis by enclosing and reinforcing the factory channel sections.

Installing our custom frame-bracing system to increase rigidity and overall stability.

Adding our custom transmission crossmember for your specific transmission

Adding our adjustable “batwing bar,” designed to mount rear coilovers at five selectable angles to support different handling setups.
Full media blasting and finishing options—such as epoxy primer or Raptor coating—are available for an additional cost.

REQUIREMENTS & LEAD TIME
Chassis must be free from excessive rust, collision damage, or structural twisting. All chassis undergo a condition inspection upon arrival. Current lead time is approximately 30 days from the time your chassis arrives and passes inspection. Spots are limited.
After your deposit is received, we will contact you to gather chassis details, confirm eligibility, and arrange scheduling. The buyer is responsible for all transportation, including delivery to and pickup from our facility.

If you’re ready to move forward—or just want to reserve your place in our chassis exchange schedule—you can secure your spot with a fully refundable $1,000 deposit. This deposit simply holds your position in line and applies directly toward your final balance when you’re ready to proceed.
