Upgrade your original 1968–1972 Chevelle chassis with the same structural reinforcements used in our Remanufactured Chevelle builds.
This comprehensive brace kit is designed to significantly increase chassis rigidity by addressing the weak points of the factory frame. Laser-cut side plates box the factory C-channel frame rails, creating a stronger and more rigid foundation. CNC-bent tubing ties the front and rear frame sections together, while additional support braces connect directly to the rear lower trailing arm mounts to reduce suspension mount flex under load.
The kit also includes our heavy-duty bolt-in transmission crossmember, which is by far the toughest cross member in the market.
Unlike other chassis brace kits, this package includes our exclusive Batwing Bar design, featuring multiple rear shock mounting positions so the suspension can be configured to suit different driving styles and vehicle setups.

Installation Information
The frame tubes are supplied slightly over-length to accommodate variations between factory chassis and allow for precise fitment. Final trimming and fitting of the tubes is required during installation.
All components are supplied in raw steel and are intended to be welded into place. This kit is designed for experienced builders and fabricators and requires welding, measuring, fitting, and general fabrication skills for proper installation.
